The National Democratic Congress (NDC) storms Konongo for victory walk.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Asante Akyem Central chapter on 4th October, 2020 in Asante Akyem Central Constituency capital Konongo.

The Walk for Victory programme was organized by the Constituency Chairman, Sulemana Ibrahim popularly known as Chairman 24hours and his entire executive members.

The event was geared towards mobilizing people in the constituency and party to campaign massively for the victory of the NDC in the soon to be held general elections.

The walk was led by the Parliamentary candidate for Asante Akyem Central, Ernest Yeboah, in his speech to his teeming supporters, He expressed his gratitude to the people for showing up in their numbers and for their show of love.

He pledged his commitment to grab the seat from the ruling political party, NPP and foster development in the constituency when he is elected Member of Parliament.
He added that, the current member of Parliament, Lawyer Kwame Annymadu Antwi is on his third term, but he cannot build a common KVIP for his hometown “Petiensa”. “Iam coming to rescue my people from under-development bondage”

The well-patronized event also received speeches from Regional party executives, Kwame Zu the Ashanti Regional secretary who assured the people of Asante Akyem Central that the NDC’s commitment to create more jobs and foster socio economic development for all Ghanaians is built on solid grounds.

The program graced with the eminent people from the NDC, also saw some Parliamentary Candidates for the various Constituency in the Ashanti Region joined the victory walk.
