The member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua, the immediate past youth and sports Minister, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, the District Chief Executive, and Williams Darko together with other party executives on Monday, February, 8th 2021 commissioned a three (3) unit classroom block each for Anansu D/A Primary and Atwima Tarkoradi Junior High School in the district.

Commissioning the projects, the MP mentioned that, the ultimate objective of constructing the schools is to improve upon the quality of education. The school will be made accessible to every child to have a formidable foundation within the constituency.

It’s my prayer that the capacity of children within Anansu, Atwima Takoradi, and the constituency formidable to the extent that of having aspirations of attaining higher goals in the near future.

In line with the Nana Addo Danqwah Akuffo-Addo’s governments’ aim to improve and give a better future to today’s child, classroom blocks with ancillary facilities and teachers Bangalores were awarded in various locations across the district. Quite a number of projects is completed so far and those yet to be completed.

He added that, the development of the district was on truck and appealed them to support him and NPP government.

Onthe part of DCE, Williams Darko appealed to the people of Anansu and Atwima Tarkoradi to support the governments agenda on Education. He also urged the people to take good care of the facilities and also endeavour to send their children to school for them to be educated and secure brighter future for them.

The people applauded the Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua, Hon. Isaac Asiamah, Assembly staff, and education directorate for their selfless efforts and contribution to the of making their constituency better.

Nana Owusu Aning ll, the chief of Atwima Tarkoradi described the move as historic because the area has not benefited from successive government in the area of education infrastructure.
