Nifahemaa of Aboabo No. 1 in the Dormaa Central Municipality of the Bono Region, Nana Akua Piaa, has issued a caution to young women regarding the consequences of indecent dressing, highlighting its significant spiritual implications that may impact their future lives.
She pointed out that most responsible men today do not find women who dress half naked to be attractive stressing that men may only seek temporary sexual encounters without any intention of forming a meaningful relationship or considering marriage.
Nana Akua Piaa added that women who dress immodestly in an attempt to attract men should refrain from such behavior, as it can lead to the collapse of marriages, difficulties in childbirth when necessary, and other spiritual repercussions.
She also provides guidance to teenagers who become parents at a young age and subsequently entrust their children to their own parents for upbringing. This arrangement allows the grandparents to provide proper training to their grandchildren, thereby ensuring a better future.
She emphasized that many young mothers, after childbirth, leave their children with their parents but continue to interfere and disrespect their parents whenever they discipline their grandchildren for any misbehavior. She noted that this situation is causing many grandparents to feel hesitant in disciplining their grandchildren which results in the upbringing of numerous obstinate children who may eventually become burdens to society.
